Completely assembled and tested rotary lobe blower packages for pressure and vacuum service are available. Flows from 10 to 14,000 CFM, pressures to 20 PSIG, vacuum to 17" Hg.

"Standard" Blower Packages, Key design benefits
  • Conservative bearing life, % of max. PSI, speed, temperature rise and noise level are all considered when selecting a blower size.
  • Motor nameplate HP is not exceeded even at relief valve settings. Since 1.15 service factor motors are used this leaves ample safety.
  • All inlet and discharge losses of the filter, silencers and check valves are factored in the performance calculations.
  • Belt drives are designed for maximum belt life with a minimum bearing load, a minimum of 150 to 200% service factor is used.
  • Heavy duty base mounting and construction provides a rigid base for static and dynamic loads, no flexing, movement or deflection.
  • Packages are tested at rated conditions, inspected and quality certified.
