BLOWER & COMPRESSOR LUBRICANTS

Synthetic lubricants have several key advantages

  • Reduced wear due to a better lubricant film in the load zone
  • Long life from enhanced thermal and oxidative stability
  • Significantly higher flash point for greater safety
  • Lower maintenance and energy costs from the antiwear properties
  • Reduced formation of sludge, varnish and corrosion

8000 + HOUR SYNTHETIC LUBRICANTS

Diester lubricants (DSL) ISO 32 to 125
Designed to keep reciprocating compressors free of varnish and sludge buildup. Especially noted for the following benefits: (1) low temperature fluidity (2) better thermal conductivity (3) reduced friction (4) high temperature thermal stability (5) greater resistance to mechanical stress (6) reduced metal to metal wear.

PAO Synthetic Hydrocarbon (SH) ISO 32 to 150
Recommended for rotary screw air compressors, compatible with commonly used seal materials. Especially noted for the following benefits: (1) low temperature fluidity (2) better thermal conductivity (3) reduced friction (4) excellent water demulsibility. (5) greater resistance to mechanical stress (6) reduced metal to metal wear.

Polyglycol "Supra Coolant" & "Supra - 32"
Formulated to address the specific problems associated with conventional rotary screw compressors, thermal degradation and deposit formation. Proven itself superior in the areas of oxidation resistance and deposit formation. Compatible with existing OEM provided lubricant.

Synthetic Blower Lubricant (SBL) ISO 220 to 320
Fully synthesized hydrocarbon with innovative additive technology formulated to provide maximum protection and service for positive displacement blowers of all makes. Benefits include extended lubricant life, higher operating temperature range , reduced friction, better corrosion protection and excellent wear resistance.

4000 + HOUR SYNTHETIC BLEND

Partial Synthetic (PS) ISO 32 to 150
Premium partial synthetic lubricants are a blend of synthetic and petroleum base fluids specifically designed for compressor applications. Manufactured using the highest quality base stocks, additive treated with rust and corrosion inhibitors, oxidation control agents, anti-wear compounds, and defoamants.

2000 HOUR PETROLEUM

Petroleum (TM) ISO 32 to 150
Highly refined hydrocracked base stocks with the unique additive SYNTHOLATE inhibits the formation of varnish and carbon deposits providing superior thermal and oxidative stability.
