| After Coolers reduce the temperature of the compressed air from an air compressor or blower. In addition to dropping the temperature to an acceptable level they also condense water (approximately 66%) which can then be removed from the air. Both air cooled and water cooled designs are available in a wide range of flows and pressures. |
| Air Receivers are used in a compressed air system to provide storage capacity and act as a buffer for proper control of the system air pressure. Recommended for all systems, however it is a necessity for reciprocating and rotary screw compressors with load / no-load or start-stop control. Available in vertical or horizontal designs in a wide variety of sizes and pressure ratings. |
| Automatic drain valves remove condensed water from the compressed air system. Air Mac offers four reliable designs, Electric motor actuated ball valve, Solenoid actuated Posi-Drain, NO-AIR LOSS, and the float activated positive acting Trip-L-Trap |

| Dewpoint meters offer accurate reliable measurement of the moisture content in compressed air and gas systems. Usually set up to display dewpoint in a range of +40 F to -120 F with a microprocessor analyzer, remote probe. The output can be used to activate alarms or control the purge rate on regenerative desiccant air dryers. |

| In-line variable area type flow meters display the flow rate calibrated in SCFM. Accurate to +- 2% of full scale, with local indication and/or remote digital output of the flow rate. Available in a wide flow range at a variety of pressures, materials of construction can be anodized aluminum, brass or stainless steel. |

| Moisture separators are designed to separate water from the compressed air system after a refrigerated air dryer or after-cooler. The Combination filter/separator uses a stainless steel core to change air velocity, and direction, to separate the water which is coalesced by the 3 micron filter element. This design has improved water removal performance when operating at lower than design flow rates in addition to 3 micron filtration. |

| Condensate from lubricated air compressors needs to be treated to remove lubricants prior to discharge to sewers or ground water drainage to meet Local, State, and Federal mandates. Oil - water separators are designed to remove lubricants from air compressor condensate to acceptable levels allowing safe discharge. A number of different designs are available. Selecting the best one for your application is based on the quantity of condensate, type and amount of lubricant and discharge quality specification among other factors. |

| Pressure Gauges are available in a broad range of pressure and vacuum scales from 30" Hg to 20,000 PSI. From 2" to 6" dial face, bottom, back or panel mounted, liquid filled or dry, with quality ranging from low cost OEM, to the higher priced test certified. |

| Relief Valves are available in a broad range of pressure and vacuum settings from 30" Hg to 20,000 PSI. Carbon steel, Brass and Stainless Steel bodies from 1/4" NPT to 12" FLG connection sizes. Spring, Diaphragm and pressure weighted style for protecting almost any system from over-pressure or excessive vacuum. |

| Our MCS sequencing control panel offers a higher level control system for several compressors. It controls each individual compressor optimally, maximizing energy costs in a reliable user-friendly environment. A microprocessor control selects the optimum compressor combination depending on the flow volume required for up to 12 compressors of the same or different size. |
| Flexible connectors are designed to isolate mechanical vibration and absorb thermal growth while keeping the weight of piping off the equipment. Metal bellows type have a braided cover and are usually constructed using carbon steel or stainless steel. For blowers the multiply reinforced silicon hose works well or a single arch rubber spool design. |

| Check Valves are available for a broad range of pressure and vacuum applications. Available in Aluminum, Brass, Cast Iron, Carbon steel, or Stainless Steel bodies from 1/4" NPT to 20" FLG connection sizes. The Elastomer hinged style, features unrestricted full flow with a "Non-Slam" quick close, seatless design for tight sealing. |

| Air filters are available with paper, polyester, and wire mesh elements from 1/4" NPT to 20" FLG connections. Available as inlet air filters for blowers and compressors and in-line for pressure or vacuum applications. A maintenance gauge is an inexpensive way to monitor the element condition and know when it requires service or replacement. |

| Safety Switches are commonly used to protect and control your blower package from excessive discharge temperature, over-pressure, and dirty inlet filter ( high restriction). With 10 amp 120/1/60 ratings in NEMA 4 enclosures they are suitable for most applications. |

| Silencers are installed in the inlet or outlet piping and help reduce blower installation noise levels. Three common designs are available in a number of inlet/outlet configurations. A chamber style utilizes baffles, tubes and porting to control pulsation's and sound energy. An acoustic style uses absorption materials to absorb sound energy. You can combine these two methods in one silencer to obtain maximum noise attenuation for applications which are above transition speed. |

| Sound attenuating enclosures can eliminate unwanted noise from equipment. Enclosures provide a barrier to noise and can include acoustic lining for sound absorption. A variety of styles are available including a hanging quilted fabric, lined sheet metal, and fiberglass. Other methods of treating reflective surfaces in the equipment room are also available. |
